Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The class schedule is from 9 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, depending on the type of course or lesson.

The duration of each class is 55 minutes.

All our teachers are highly qualified native speakers with proven experience in language teaching. The school reserves the right to change teachers whenever appropriate due to the school organization, program, or personal
conditions of the teacher.

The school insists on the punctuality of the teacher, but in case of any incident and consequent delay, the class will be extended up to the stipulated 55 minutes. However, in case of student delay, the class will end at the stipulated time.

For private lessons, the school suggests the purchase of vouchers for 10, 20, 30 and 40 classes. There are better economic conditions in the acquisition of vouchers or pack of lessons. The student is informed that the voucher
is valid for one year.

Vouchers and courses once started are non-refundable. The student has one year to complete the classes.

The courses and group classes are held with a reduced number of students, between 4 and 10 students, to improve
the quality of teaching and the homogeneity of level.

We use innovative and communicative teaching techniques. Our courses have been carefully studied and programmed to ensure fast and effective progress, they are enjoyable, fun and adapted to the demand and needs of students.

Our courses in all languages are suitable for all types of learners, from beginner to advanced level. They cover
the 6 levels (A1 – C2) that correspond to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
(CEFR)

Before starting to study at our centre, the student will be given a level test, which will be free of charge and will ensure the student is assigned to the group that matches his/her level.

All payments for lessons, both private and group, are made in advance and must be paid on the first day of class.
Monthly fees are paid in advance of the day the monthly course starts.
Education is exempt from VAT. The prices of other contracted services will include VAT.

All observations, complaints, time changes, etc. must be made to the administration and not to the teaching staff.

Students will be entitled to the use of the following services free of charge: wifi, internet, free drink services (tea, teas, coffee, water), library service, loan service for books, videos and other educational materials.

Teaching materials and extra-curricular activities are not included in the published cost per course.

Guadalmina Idiomas grants a certificate of attendance to its courses and programs. Students who wish to obtain a level certificate must take and pass the exams for each level.

Payments made when booking the courses are part of the price and will be deducted at the time of payment for the course.

General group courses are non-refundable. Missed classes due to illness, travel, late arrival, cause majeure, etc...  will not be reimbursed in the case of courses and group classes. (see below for change of dates)

In the case of private lessons, even those carried out through vouchers, classes can be cancelled and the reschedule with 24 hours' notice. (it is important to inform 24 hours in advance so as not to count the class)

Possible modification of dates. Once the course has started:

When any type of course is cancelled in advance by the student for any reason, the amount paid and not used will be non-refundable, however, Guadalmina Idiomas will issue a voucher in favour of the student with a validity period of 1 year to make up for missed lessons.

If the number of students in a group is reduced to less than 3, Guadalmina Idiomas may suggest to the students and according to their availability to make the pertinent adjustments (readjustment of schedule, reduction of hours, integration into another group, change of group formula to semi-private and/or private). In the event that Guadalmina Idiomas has to modify the timetable and/or cancel a course, the student will receive a refund of the amount of the part of the course not received.

Guadalmina Idiomas has taken out Civil Liability insurance that covers possible incidents or minor accidents
that may occur within its premises.
Guadalmina Idiomas is not responsible for the loss or theft of students' personal objects or property, so
students must always keep their belongings under control.

Guadalmina Idiomas offers courses on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
Courses will not be held on the following public holidays:
Christmas holidays (from December 22 to January 7).
Easter holidays (different each year according to the calendar).
National holidays: May 1st, August 15th, October 12th, November 1st, December 6th and 8th.
Holidays in Andalucia: February 28th.
And the local holidays: – Marbella, Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro, on June 11th and October 19th.

Private classes can be taught, subject to the availability of our teachers, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
